It sits on the 6th floor of Burgos Street, the street the rest of Manila comes to for a night out, so it is built for a group that wants to drop their bags, pour a drink, and walk straight into the action. [Real Noise, Every Night] The single most important note before you book. You are on Burgos Street, the nightlife heart of the area, so there is real noise every night, louder on Friday and Saturday, and the unit is not soundproofed, so the street comes through. For a group that came to go out, that is the point; for a light sleeper, this is not the stay. Our first guests put it plainly, five stars: the noise "is not the best experience, but the comfort, cleanliness and great hospitality stood out." [Which Floor] The unit is on the 6th floor of a residential building, and it is the only unit we manage there. [Self Check-In] Keyless self check-in by lockbox. Clear step-by-step instructions are sent before arrival, so you are in within minutes at any hour. [Security Deposit] Any deposit shown at checkout is an Airbnb-managed hold, not a charge. It is not taken upfront and is released after checkout if all is in order. [Residential Building] A private residence, not a hotel. No staff on site 24/7, but we are highly responsive in the app, and the building has security. [Smoking / Visitors] Smoking on the balcony only, with the glass doors closed. Small numbers of visitors are welcome, no parties or events. [Bed Configuration] Sleeps 6: a king, a queen, and a single with a pull-out trundle.
